The purpose of the SCCS is to engage in any and all appropriate actions or means necessary to:

 

A. advance the knowledge and appreciation of the         performing arts

B. promote general public awareness, and provide       accessibility to the live performing

    arts in St. Clair County

C. be a creative link between artists and the                   community.
